At Tensark, every product is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse.

Returns & Replacements

We will gladly replace or refund your order if:

• The product arrives damaged.

• The product is defective.

• You receive the wrong item.

• The print quality is incorrect due to a manufacturing error.

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

• Your order number.

• Clear photos showing the issue.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of purchase. After this period, production may begin, and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Refunds

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
